Application Process

An interested organization must contact the Foundation no later than December 18 (5:00 PM) by email, phone or U.S. Mail to request an application checklist.

The original application checklist (not a photocopy) must accompany the grant request, or the application will be considered incomplete.  We do not provide an application form via this site or e-mail at this time.

The application checklist is just that – a checklist of materials the organization needs to provide to be considered for a grant.  The materials required include one printed copy of items such as a one-page written proposal, project budget, operating budget, a copy of the organization’s IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter and the organization’s most recently filed IRS Form 990.

The deadline for grant requests is January 10.
Applications must arrive at the Bethlehem, PA office by that date (if it falls on a weekend, applications are accepted on the next business day).

The Foundation does not provide extensions to application request deadlines (December 18) or grant application deadlines (January 10.)

The Foundation will confirm receipt of each application by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt.

Applicants will receive notification of the Foundation’s decision by May 31.

Grants are unrestricted, but are to be used for the intended purpose.

If you have questions at any time during the application process, please do not hesitate to call the Foundation.
